Reliability Expert Wanted

We're seeking a skilled Reliability Expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you'll work closely with site teams to identify and solve reliability and maintenance issues in real-time.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement practical reliability programs that improve asset performance and reduce downtime.
  • Travel to sites and engage with site-based maintenance and operational teams to identify and solve reliability and maintenance operations issues.
  • Analyse data to drive improvements in maintenance planning, execution, and asset management.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary Qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a reliability, maintenance, or asset management role within the mining or heavy equipment sector.
  • Experience with Mobile Mining fleet equipment is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for improvement.
