Customer Service Experience Expert

We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team in a dynamic inbound/outbound contact centre environment.
As a key member of our team, you will deliver exceptional customer service experiences and provide comprehensive information on government programs and processes with an in-depth knowledge base at your fingertips.
- You will maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional approach in every interaction and master complex enquiries, leveraging your in-depth knowledge and sharp problem-solving skills.
You will accurately capture customer details and log interactions in our intuitive CRM system.
Your Skills and Qualifications- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- You possess strong problem-solving & critical thinking abilities to address customer queries effectively.
- You are committed to delivering impressive customer service experiences.
- You are flexible & adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You are computer proficient & keen to develop further.
- You must be an Australian Citizen.
- You must be 18 years of age at a minimum.
- You must be available to work rotating shifts Monday to Friday between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
