About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our leadership team as the Executive Director, Customer and Business Operations. Reporting into our Chief Executive Officer, you will provide strategic leadership to enhance performance and drive improvements across customer service and business operations for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technology renewal and transformation to drive efficiencies and improve customer service
  • Innovate commercial arrangements to deliver high-quality customer services and valuation data
  • Provide strategic insights to balance competing needs and priorities
  • Uphold the integrity and independence of the Valuer General's statutory role
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a track record of overseeing and driving technological transformations for improved efficiencies with proven success in setting and achieving targets for streamlined business processes.

You will also have a strong understanding of commercial valuation functions and a background in delivering high-quality customer service.

It is essential that you have strong political acumen with the ability to navigate complex and contentious environments, particularly in relation to complex special valuation projects.

You will also need to possess excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills as you will be required to monitor performance expectations, service delivery standards and contracts.

Additionally, you will demonstrate strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on driving and fostering a team culture which embraces change, innovation and continuous improvement.
