About our Fleet Coordinator Role:

Job Description

We're seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Fleet Coordinator. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow and top-notch readiness of our fleet at our Stockport Hub.

This is a hands-on, high-impact position where no two days are the same. You'll take full ownership of making sure our vehicles are clean, serviced, damage-assessed, and 100% customer-ready across all product lines.

  • Ensuring all vehicles are cleaned, full of fuel/charge
  • Controlling cars that are onsite at the depot, ensuring depot carpark is neat and tidy
  • Movement of vehicles to and from specified locations as required (Service, Warranty, etc)
  • Completion of Inspection photos for vehicles (inbound, outbound)
  • Inspecting and reviewing accident repaired vehicles
  • Organisation of depot at the end of each day – ensuring vehicles are parked appropriately and secure
  • Assisting stakeholders with vehicle pick ups – Service, Accident repairs
  • Ensuring all vehicles are serviced on time and have the necessary works completed
  • Receiving and preparing new vehicles (installation of telematic devices)
  • Assisting in vehicle preparation for de-fleet (sale preparation)
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Full unrestricted Australian Driver's License
  • Comfortable commuting and working out of our Gold Coast Hub located in Stockport
  • Intermediate level computer skills
  • Strong can-do attitude with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to ensure all compliance requirements are met
  • The ability to go above & beyond in your role to assist the team and for customer satisfaction
