Job Title: Vehicle Fleet Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate the management of our light vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage competing demands.

The role involves monitoring vehicle usage, coordinating service bookings, and allocating vehicles to employees in accordance with our vehicle management policy. You will also be responsible for managing various systems for the acquisition and disposal of new vehicles, as well as ensuring the currency of registration, CTP, and insurance for all road registered assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor vehicle usage and schedule servicing
  • Coordinate service bookings and communicate with vehicle custodians
  • Allocate vehicles to employees in accordance with our vehicle management policy
  • Manage systems for the acquisition and disposal of new vehicles
  • Ensure currency of registration, CTP, and insurance for all road registered assets

You will work closely with the Operations Support Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the fleet and provide administrative support as needed.
