Job Title: Captain of the Fleet

About the Position:
\The Captain of the Fleet plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic work environment by coordinating the Stewarding team.
\\
Key Responsibilities:
\- \
- Organise, monitor and motivate team members to complete tasks efficiently\
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in a clean and hygienic state\
- Work effectively within a collaborative team environment\
- Conduct training and assess competency of team members for team development\
- Identify and mitigate hazards and risks\\/ul>\
\
Requirements:
\- \
- Knowledge of operational procedures in a kitchen/stewarding environment\
- Comprehensive understanding of workplace hygiene protocols and food safety programs\
- Experience in training and mentoring team members\
- Ability to identify and manage hazards and risks\
- Flexibility to work on any day, including weekends, with rostered days off on weekdays\\/ul>\
