Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality drama programs, focusing on building participants' confidence and skills.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion for working with people with disabilities and a commitment to providing high-quality support.
  • Experience in teaching drama or theatre, preferably in an inclusive setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with participants and colleagues.
  • Initiative and drive to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated awareness of disability issues and experience working with individuals with diverse needs (an advantage).
