Customer Service Opportunity

Are you looking for a rewarding role in customer service? As a representative, you will work closely with customers to provide excellent support and help them achieve their financial goals. Two part-time opportunities are available: one based in Ulladulla, working 28 hours per week (Monday to Friday), and the other based in Nowra, working 15 hours per week (Thursdays and Fridays).

About the Role
  • Have conversations and interactions with customers through various channels, including face-to-face, phone, and online, to assist them with their banking and insurance needs.
  • Explore new opportunities to find the right financial solutions that may benefit customers.
  • Utilize various technologies, systems, and digital platforms.
  • Cash handling, balancing, and administrative tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with your branch manager and team to achieve shared objectives.
  • Maintain a high level of operational compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
About You
  • Experience in sales and service, preferably in retail, banking, or hospitality industries.
  • Cash handling experience and attention to detail.
  • A learning mindset and ambition to build a career in the banking industry.
  • Proficiency in technology and MS Office programs/apps.
  • Honesty and integrity, with a commitment to following procedures and policy in a regulated environment.
  • A flexible approach in the workplace, with the ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve.
  • A genuine desire to help people, work directly with customers, and support a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the region for training or staff relief.
