What You'll Be DoingHelping our customers: You'll build genuine relationships, provide product support, and offer advice that helps them get the job done.Keeping things on track: You'll quote and process sales orders accurately and efficiently – making sure stock, pricing, and deliveries all align.Working together: From the warehouse to the counter, you'll collaborate with teammates to maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment.Driving great outcomes: You'll take initiative to meet branch targets and support your team to deliver the best service possible.What You'll BringA customer-first mindset and strong communication skillsPrevious experience in customer service or a similar role (retail, wholesale, trades welcome)Solid computer skills – you're confident navigating systems and emailsForklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)A team spirit that reflects our values: Committed, United, Engaged, and StraightforwardExperience in the HVAC/R or trade supply industry is a bonus – but not a deal breaker.
