About the Role

The Senior Insights Analyst will measure, track and optimize the performance of digital assets and customer behavior across the e Commerce platform. You will partner with teams across Food e Com to deliver data-driven insights related to digital asset performance, promotions, merchandising and customer behavior on web and app.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic guidance by analyzing various commercial perspectives across digital and offline platforms
  • Building reports and customized data models/dashboards to evaluate performance of digital merchandising and promotional activities, including campaigns, POCs and more
  • Working across multiple systems such as content management, financial reporting and Business Intelligence
  • Collaborating with the BI team on dashboard requirements, use cases and designs
  • Prioritizing and responding to analytical requests from internal stakeholders
  • Promoting analytics within the organization to foster knowledge sharing

You will bring 5+ years of experience in an Analyst role, strong data visualization and communication skills, proficiency in SQL, data analysis and modeling, and experience with Big Query, Tableau and Looker Studio.
