Medical Receptionist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and effective Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous work experience in customer service, hospitality or healthcare, with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

The successful applicant will be well-presented and punctual, with good organization and time management skills. They will also possess the ability to work efficiently as part of a team and desire to learn new skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff

  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
