As a vibrant and full-time Medical Receptionist, you will be part of our dynamic General Practice team in Mordialloc. You will work in a state-of-the-art medical centre that offers a comprehensive range of services, including general practitioner consultations, physiotherapy, and allied health services.

The Medical Receptionist plays a critical role in providing excellent customer service. This includes welcoming patients and visitors and responding to phone calls and enquiries in an engaging manner.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a friendly and efficient practice environment
  • Ensuring timely planning and appointment scheduling of patients
  • Responding to pathology, specialist, and doctor requests
  • Preparing invoices for medical reports and private billing
  • Supporting Managers and other General Practice staff
