Frontline Healthcare Support Role

This is an exciting opportunity to provide first-class receptionist support as part of a dynamic healthcare service.

You will be responsible for supporting all patients and practitioners, building relationships, delivering exceptional patient care and working within a team environment.

Key duties include:

  • Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all patients and practitioners while attending to patient enquiries, bookings and appointments.
  • Ensuring that any requests by patients and practitioners are followed up with due diligence by updating and maintaining the system.
  • Processing medical and allied health payments, such as medical benefit payments and private patients.
  • General housekeeping duties such as ensuring the consulting rooms are properly stocked, clean and ready for the day.

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Experience in a similar role, with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task while working productively both autonomously and within a team environment.
  • Honesty and integrity and the ability to work with confidential information.
