Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate liability and analyze medical and rehabilitation data to assess claim values.
  • Negotiate settlements with solicitors and claimants, ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory guidelines.
  • Obtain and review medical, financial, investigative, and rehabilitation reports to inform claim decisions.
  • Ensure timely resolution of claims, meeting legislative compliance timeframes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to resolve claims cost-effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service to legislative authorities, employers, and injured claimants.
Requirements:
  • Sound knowledge and experience in handling CTP or personal injury claims.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Law, Allied Health, or Insurance are advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Pro-active and energetic team player with a high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong administrative and written skills.
