Occupational Violence Prevention Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Violence Prevention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering innovative employee OVP developmental activities across our locations.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify occupational violence trends and develop targeted interventions. They will also possess strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and build partnerships to prevent occupational violence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver OVP developmental activities that promote a culture of respect and safety.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to implement OVP initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain OVP risk assessments and reports to inform organizational decision-making.
