We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced State Manager to lead our Mental Health team in Queensland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our mental health services across the state.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of mental health professionals to deliver high-quality services to regional, rural, and remote communities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expansion of our mental health services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and continuous quality improvement.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Provide leadership and guidance to mental health managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and support to deliver high-quality services.
