State Manager - Mental Health

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced State Manager to lead our Mental Health team in Queensland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our mental health services across the state.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of mental health professionals to deliver high-quality services to regional, rural, and remote communities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and expansion of our mental health services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and continuous quality improvement.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to mental health managers to ensure they have the necessary skills and support to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in mental health leadership and management.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills in mental health.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
