
Tourism Sector Developer

This role guides and strengthens tourism opportunities across the organisation and the industry as a whole. The position is responsible for establishing strong relationships with partners and growing the sector to showcase the Blue Mountains region.
Focus is given to supporting sustainable initiatives that provide local benefits – environmentally, socially and economically.
- Support and deliver sustainable tourism initiatives
- Liaise with the Blue Mountains tourism industry and forge partnerships
- Act as a point of contact and provide specialist knowledge on tourism matters
The successful candidate will be required to coordinate a program and manage any adverse impacts from visitation. They will also support tourism operators to build and grow their business sustainably.
