The Indigenous Community Program Manager is a key role within Five Bridges, responsible for managing and delivering community programs that support the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement community programs that align with Five Bridges' strategic objectives
  • Manage and supervise a team of community program staff
  • Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organizations and government agencies
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources for community programs
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
Requirements:
  • Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
  • Qualifications and experience in community services, social work, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and histories
