Assurance Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled communicator and advisor to join our Portfolio Management and Assurance team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with project delivery teams to ensure they adhere to assurance policies and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the planning and scheduling of all assurance reviews activities.
  • Coordinate data capture for projects registration and monthly status reporting.
  • Participate in assurance reviews, including interviewing stakeholders and drafting assurance reports.
  • Gather and prepare information resulting from assurance reviews for senior Executives.
  • Report and escalate overdue reviews recommendations to senior Executives.
