About the Role

We are seeking an experienced investment professional to set a strategic direction for our Unlisted Investments portfolio, which includes infrastructure, property, and private equity. This role will lead the development and execution of unlisted asset strategies in line with our fund's strategy and investment beliefs.

  • Develop and execute investment strategies for unlisted assets, including infrastructure, property, and private equity.
  • Provide expert advice to senior management and the Board on the design, implementation, and review of illiquid asset classes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with service providers and mentor staff working on private market investments.
  • Drive due diligence, portfolio construction, and governance.
  • Represent the fund with credibility across industry forums.
Requirements
  • Deep experience (at least 10+ years) in private markets, including the development and execution of investment strategy.
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management skills, including building effective relationships at all levels.
  • Proven ability to generate, articulate, and argue for investment ideas within the team and present them to senior management and the Board.
