This newly created Chief Investment Officer role will be an integral member of the senior leadership team and drive the firm's evolution into a globally credible and institutionally aligned investment business.
Working alongside a team of highly experienced professionals at the forefront of carbon market development, you will be responsible for executing the investment strategy across a portfolio of nature-based assets.
You will continue to maintain and build strong long-term relationships with local and global institutional investors, lead capital raising activities, create new investment products and continue to enhance the firm's strong investment track record.
You will continue to build out the investment team to ensure it is adequately resourced to successfully deliver on investment performance and planned growth.
Key criteria: A highly developed network of institutional investors Deep investment management experience in private markets, real assets or institutional funds with a demonstrated investment track record Successful history & involvement growing asset management businesses/platforms Experience in managing the full investment lifecycle from pipeline development, product development, due diligence, structuring, execution, performance monitoring & fund reporting Ideally have experience in natural capital, forestry, carbon or related sectors but not essential A natural people & business leader with the ability to multi-task and manage complex projects simultaneously This is an exceptional opportunity to join an exciting journey to lead and deliver strong growth of funds under management and investment returns for this unique investment firm with a clear mandate to grow.
