Night Duty Nursing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents during night shifts. As a night duty registered nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the medical and emotional needs of our residents are met.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Monitor and address any changes or concerns related to resident health and well-being.
- Document all interactions and observations accurately and efficiently.
As a successful candidate, you will possess:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse.
- Experience working in an aged care environment, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Comprehensive knowledge of clinical documentation and record-keeping procedures.
