We are seeking a dedicated, qualified nursing professional to provide high-quality care and support to residents in a home care setting. This is a 12-month full-time fixed term contract with opportunities for skills and career growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)">
  • Relevant nursing qualification, such as a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent">
  • Previous experience in aged care, home care, or similar healthcare settings preferred">
  • Comprehensive knowledge of clinical care standards, aged care legislation, and best practices in home care">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams">
  • Commitment to person-centered care, ensuring the dignity, safety, and well-being of residents">
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)">
  • Valid Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)">
