
Leading Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated healthcare professional to provide high-quality care to patients at our medical centre.
This is a senior-level position that involves delivering quality patient care through various services including chronic disease management, immunisations, ECGs and Spirometry, wound care and assisting doctors with minor surgical procedures.
- Chronic Disease Management: We require a candidate who can effectively manage chronic diseases through the development of care plans and health assessments.
- Immunisations & Vaccinations: The successful candidate will be responsible for administering immunisations and vaccinations to patients as required.
- ECG's & Spirometry: You will need to conduct ECGs and Spirometry tests on patients as needed.
- Wound care/dressings: Providing high-quality wound care and dressings to patients is an essential part of this role.
- Assisting doctors with minor surgical procedures: The ideal candidate will have the ability to assist doctors with minor surgical procedures.
- Daily co-ordination of the treatment room: Coordinating the daily activities of the treatment room, including stock control and medical equipment maintenance.
- Implementing and practicing infection control: Implementing and practicing effective infection control measures to maintain a safe environment for patients.
- Identifying & contributing to the development of patient educational needs: A key aspect of this role is identifying and contributing to the development of patient educational needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
This role requires the candidate to work closely with management to develop new nurse-led clinic ideas, policies and procedures, and to meet key performance indicators.
