Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care and support services to residents.

  • Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of clinical care standards and best practices in home care.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
  • Relevant nursing qualification, such as a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in aged care, home care, or similar healthcare settings is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of clinical care standards, aged care legislation, and best practices in home care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
