This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues, providing high-quality results and contributing to a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and work providers, building rapport and resolving issues efficiently
- Accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner, adhering to industry standards and company procedures
- Completing quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online, utilizing technical skills and knowledge
- Processing vehicles onsite by conducting thorough inspections, including mapping and imaging, to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Managing parts for repairs, ensuring timely arrival and cost-effectiveness, and collaborating with suppliers to achieve optimal results
- Assisting with production management, contributing to the smooth operation of the centre and supporting colleagues as needed
- Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
- Handing over completed repairs to customers, providing a positive experience and fostering long-term relationships
- Proven experience in a similar role, including preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry, with a strong understanding of AudaNet and Ibody systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and work providers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in computer applications and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines
- Commitment to working safely, adhering to company policies and procedures, and promoting a culture of safety and well-being
