Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting customer expectations and requirements through effective communication and timely delivery of services
  • Maintaining accurate records of railcar inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial technology
  • 2+ years of experience in railcar repair and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of railcar inspection and repair procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Able to obtain necessary certifications and training within 12 months
