What your role will look like

As Area Manager you will work across a span of sites across Darwin and Palmerston.

You will:

· Strengthen person-centred practices by supporting staff to tailor daily routines, communication,
and activities to each client's preferences and goals.

· Build relationships with referral networks and promote services to potential clients through outreach and engagement.

· Support Residential Supervisors with payroll, onboarding, vacancy management, coaching, and
leadership development.

· Embed a strong culture and the ongoing support of our values and health and safety.

About you

You have a commitment to exceptional client service and your passion for supporting others to an organisation where they'll be valued. You have experience working with NDIS plans and funding and are confident leading a team to deliver a high standard of disability services. You hold relevant qualifications and a minimum of 5 years' experience in disability services, management, aged or health services or a related discipline.
