Public Area Supervisor Job Description

The role of Public Area Supervisor involves overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of public areas within a hospitality environment. This includes managing and training housekeeping staff to deliver high standards of service quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, and common spaces.
  • Regularly inspect public areas to identify any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or cleanliness concerns.
  • Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a similar hospitality setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Opera software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
