Lead Residential Projects

We are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead our residential project division.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee multi-residential projects from conceptualisation to completion
  • Develop a keen sense of design aesthetic through experience and innovative thinking
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders in a collaborative environment
  • Work closely with project directors, clients, and teams to deliver projects on time

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional organisational skills. Proficiency in ArchiCAD is also essential.

  • Solid understanding of design principles and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in ArchiCAD
  • Meticulous eye for detail and organisational abilities
