Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality work while maintaining a fun and professional work environment. As a Heavy Diesel Mechanic with us, you will be responsible for:
Maintenance and Optimisation
- Ongoing maintenance and optimisation of heavy earthmoving fleet.
- Providing support to the rental fleet as required.
Workplace Safety and Compliance
- Working safely and adhering to relevant HSE policy and procedures to minimise the risk of injury to yourself and others.
Performance and Productivity
- Ensuring all maintenance and optimisation targets are met on time.
Customer Focus
- Working with customers and stakeholders to meet organisational objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Essential Requirements
- 2+ years post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely working on Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi machines.
- Recognised National Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Fitter Trade Qualification.
- A high level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles.
- A strong analytical mindset and solution-focused attitude.
- A current Australian Driver's License (HR preferable) and High Risk Licence (preferable).
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience working with CAT, KOMATSU, HITACHI heavy earthmoving equipment.
As a motivated and experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic, you will play a key role in maintaining our heavy earthmoving fleet and ensuring the safety and productivity of our operations.
