Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality work while maintaining a fun and professional work environment. As a Heavy Diesel Mechanic with us, you will be responsible for:

Maintenance and Optimisation

  • Ongoing maintenance and optimisation of heavy earthmoving fleet.
  • Providing support to the rental fleet as required.

Workplace Safety and Compliance

  • Working safely and adhering to relevant HSE policy and procedures to minimise the risk of injury to yourself and others.

Performance and Productivity

  • Ensuring all maintenance and optimisation targets are met on time.

Customer Focus

  • Working with customers and stakeholders to meet organisational objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Essential Requirements

  • 2+ years post-trade experience with heavy earthmoving equipment; namely working on Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi machines.
  • Recognised National Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Fitter Trade Qualification.
  • A high level of understanding of maintenance and reliability principles.
  • A strong analytical mindset and solution-focused attitude.
  • A current Australian Driver's License (HR preferable) and High Risk Licence (preferable).

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience working with CAT, KOMATSU, HITACHI heavy earthmoving equipment.

As a motivated and experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic, you will play a key role in maintaining our heavy earthmoving fleet and ensuring the safety and productivity of our operations.
