Job Title: Field Service Technician

About the Role

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a skilled technician responsible for maintaining equipment at customer sites. As a key member of our operations team, you will be working with a diverse range of products including access equipment, compaction, materials handling, power generation, lighting, excavation, earthmoving, pumps, and more.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining equipment through regular inspections, servicing, and repairs in both the field and workshop.
  • Logging jobs and completing all necessary paperwork on a daily basis.
  • Monitoring and recording parts usage to optimize maintenance activities.
  • Developing strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A mechanical trade qualification.
  • A current driver's license.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus.
  • The ability to work independently in the field.
  • A willingness to participate in an on-call roster.
