Mobile Equipment Technician

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Equipment Technician to maintain our assets at customer sites across Western Australia.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct thorough mechanical inspections, servicing, and repairs of a diverse product range including access equipment, compaction, materials handling, power generation, lighting, excavation, earthmoving, pumps, and more.
- Log all jobs in our service module and complete paperwork daily.
- Monitor and record parts usage.
- Built strong relationships with customers through effective communication and customer service skills.
- A mechanical trade qualification is required.
- A current driver's license is necessary.
- Strong diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- The ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call roster as needed.
