The Opportunity

We require an experienced salesperson to work at our new Dealership located in Launceston. The successful candidate will primarily work in a small team but may be required to work autonomously at times. Self-motivation is highly regarded as a key trait.

About the Role

This role involves promoting and selling caravans to prospective customers through a relationship-based approach. You will demonstrate products and services to existing and potential customers, assisting them in selecting the best options for their needs.

You will actively research sources to develop new leads and gather relevant information about potential customers. This includes creating clear and effective written proposals and quotations for current and prospective customers.

In addition, you will expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell caravans to prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
  • Demonstrate products and services to existing and potential customers, assisting them in selecting the best options for their needs.
  • Actively research sources to develop new leads and gather relevant information about potential customers.
  • Create clear and effective written proposals and quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service groups.
  • Identify competition and compare our organization's products and services.
  • Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Meet agreed-upon sales targets set in conjunction with the Dealer Manager.
