About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at AMA Group Australia. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our key customers in the collision market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Present customer feedback to internal stakeholders and facilitate changes to improve customer experience.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the industry to support AMA Group Australia's growth and diversification.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales and account management.
- Automotive Parts/Panel knowledge – able to interpret parts and panels.
- Experience in building business relationships/customer service.
- High computer proficiency.
