Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Product Development Lead to spearhead the launch and scaling of our MVP. This Sydney-based opportunity allows you to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your contributions will directly impact the product and company's growth.


This role involves leading the development and launch of the MVP, driving product strategy from concept to execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, quality assurance, DevOps, UI, and marketing) to scale the product.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth.
  • Prioritize, refine, and execute on product features and enhancements.
  • Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and leverage customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or related field.
  • In-depth understanding of product development.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of financial products and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute product roadmaps.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
