Job Overview

The role of Product Coordinator entails playing a pivotal part in fostering meaningful relationships and supporting vibrant, connected communities.

As an all-rounder, you will be responsible for influencing, leading, and driving key product initiatives to customers throughout the year. This dynamic role requires someone who can support day-to-day operations while planning and managing tasks and priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Senior Product Managers to build and deliver commercial strategies and product roadmaps for various products.
  • Plan and track key product changes, ensuring all business processes are progressed to relevant stages to support timely advancement in the product deployment lifecycle.
  • Support consumer trading teams to assess the impact of product/pricing changes and deliver change quickly and efficiently via regular communication and planning with key vendors.
  • Regularly monitor the activity and impact of key competitors on Prepaid/M2M product lines and share examples regularly.
  • Brainstorm new revenue lines and opportunities to meet or exceed growth objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day operations including market and customer analysis, reporting, and marketing campaign execution.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in product, marketing, or digital fields accompanied by a bachelor's degree.
  • Energy and enthusiasm combined with a strong retail background.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • A natural ability to consider commercial needs while seeing the world through the customer's eyes.
  • An ability to think innovatively as new ideas are key to driving customer growth and the customer experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
