Product Development Specialist

The role involves delivering exceptional service to our clients in the insolvency software division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy: Engage with clients about product features, compile and log development items, liaise with developers on enhancement viability.
  • Development Oversight: Follow development items through to release and review to ensure client requirements are met and communicated.
  • Quality Assurance: Review development work and provide feedback.
Client Engagement
  • Communication: Play a key role communicating with clients and understanding their future needs.
  • Content Creation: Be involved in creating content on product releases and features.
Pre-Installation Evaluation
  • Client Environment: Understand the client environment and provide minimum software requirements for new installs.
Release Documentation and Knowledgebase
  • Software Release Notes: Assist in writing up product release notes and knowledgebase articles to assist users.
Training and Enablement
  • Workshop Training: Provide product training in a workshop environment or remotely, typically conducted in small groups.
  • Manual Updates: Ongoing review and updating of training manuals and authoring new training materials.
Focus Groups and Workshops
  • Content Gathering: Assist in gathering content and holding focus groups and workshops either remotely or at a venue.
Process Guidance and Template Support
  • Insolvency Processes: Assist clients with their insolvency procedures and consulting on authoring document templates.
Project Coordination
  • Development Management: Manage the implementation of specific development processes.
  • Task Coordination: Coordinate development tasks, attend project meetings, and manage products.
