We are currently seeking a Branch Manager to join our team, who will play a key role in driving business growth and development in the local area.

Key Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop their team members, prioritising continuous improvement and performance goals.
  • They will also be responsible for tracking KPIs, reporting, and creating strategic plans to drive business performance.
  • In addition, they will work closely with the Community Bank board to build and nurture community relationships, being the face of our brand, and actively participating in events.
  • Our successful candidate will lead by example, prioritising the customer experience, and stepping in wherever the branch needs them.
  • They will also be a lifelong learner, bringing their brilliant mind, and taking their career to the next level with on-the-job training and other learning opportunities.
  • The Branch Manager will build connections, supporting our customers, giving back, and making our communities a better place.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will have people leadership skills, with the ability to develop, coach, and manage staff performance.
  • They will also have proven sales mentorship skills, through implementing strategies to drive business.
  • Experience in residential and commercial lending is essential.
  • A strong communication skillset is required to deliver clear branch expectations.
  • Understanding of financial management, business acumen, and risk framework is necessary.
  • The ability to drive operational efficiencies and maintain high standards of compliance is also required.
  • A high level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations is essential.
  • Knowledge of retail branch operations is a must.
