Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Contract Specialist to oversee and drive the successful delivery of our security projects and service contracts.

About the Role:

  • The Contract Specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle of electronic security projects and service agreements, including managing contracts from award to completion, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract administration for new installations, upgrades, and maintenance agreements in electronic security (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, integrated systems).
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Manage variations, claims, risk assessments, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and service teams to drive operational and financial performance.
  • Prepare progress reports, cost forecasts, and contract documentation.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years proven technical experience in the electronic security industry.
  • Security license.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience in the design of integrated electronic security systems.
  • Estimating and contract experience.
  • Worked on Commercial, Government, and industrial projects.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
