Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and drive the successful delivery of our security projects and service contracts.

About the Role

As a Contract Manager, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of electronic security projects and service agreements. This includes managing contracts from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.

  • Contract Administration: Overseeing contract administration for new installations, upgrades, and maintenance agreements in electronic security (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, integrated systems).
  • Project Planning: Leading project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Client Relationships: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Variations and Claims: Managing variations, claims, risk assessments, and contract negotiations.
  • Operational Performance: Working closely with estimators, project managers, and service teams to drive operational and financial performance.
  • Reporting: Preparing progress reports, cost forecasts, and contract documentation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years proven experience in the electronic security industry.
  • Security License.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience in the design of integrated electronic security systems.
  • Estimating and contract experience.
  • Worked on Commercial, Government, and industrial projects.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
