Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and manage major electronic security contracts on a national scale.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contract performance, compliance, and reporting requirements. They will lead stakeholder engagement and client meetings, oversee the delivery of capital works, service, and corrective maintenance programs.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Managers and Service Teams to ensure successful outcomes, identify risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.

They will support financial management, including budgets, variations, and renewals. This is a critical role that requires strong commercial acumen and ability to support negotiation and financial oversight.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in contract management within electronic security or a closely related technical industry
  • Strong client-facing skills and ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
  • A track record in managing service delivery across multiple projects/contracts
  • High attention to detail and ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to support negotiation and financial oversight
