Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Security Services Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the delivery of security maintenance programs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of experienced security technicians
  • Driving a customer-centric management culture
  • Ensuring a safe working environment
  • Overseeing scheduling and delivering preventative maintenance activities
  • Managing small/medium installation projects
  • Supporting the service branch with quoting processes
  • Liaising with subcontractors & PMs during project commissioning
  • Assisting commercial projects teams with new and existing works
  • Ensuring completion of supporting documentation on time
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant state licenses
Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience within the electronic security industry
  • Tertiary qualifications preferred: Electrical or Electronics or equivalent engineering
  • Advanced Microsoft skills
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar electronic security leadership role
  • Experience working cohesively within a team environment to deliver maintenance scheduling, technician rostering, and administrative documentation
  • Experience across security control systems (C-Cure, Gallagher EACS, Gallagher High Security Systems) is essential - certifications preferred
  • Experience across CCTV, NVRs, DVRs, LAN/WAN devices (American Dynamics, Exacqvision, Genetec, Milestone) is preferred
