Agile Delivery Principal

The Agile Delivery Principal is responsible for coaching teams and bringing best practices to deliver high-quality products. This role involves facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and connecting with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitating team knowledge sharing and experience transfer to deliver first-class products.
  • Managing end-to-end delivery across various work streams of the team.
  • Problem-solving complex challenges with leaders and ensuring sustainable outcomes are embedded in products.
  • Providing feedback on ways to improve team routines and influencing global routines.
  • Identifying and removing obstacles to team outcomes and collaborating across areas of Technology and the business.
  • Being inquisitive and continuously pushing for the next level of team performance and outcomes.
  • Developing, shaping, and supporting the delivery of a culture that fosters inclusivity and engagement.
  • Advocating for digital professionals and helping develop them to create the next horizon of Technical leadership.

Applicants should have experience working as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or in Agile delivery. They should be able to energize and shape a great team culture. A curious and inquisitive mindset is required, along with experience in coaching and facilitating across multiple organizational levels.
