We're seeking an exceptional Delivery Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of large-scale projects across ERP, CRM, Cloud Services, Modern Workplace/Applications and Data & AI.

In this role, you will operate as an outcome-focused leader, working across multiple concurrent projects to ensure timely and effective delivery. You will own project solutions, outcomes and delivery of business and customer initiatives while maintaining excellent relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering within Agile focused projects, following proven methodologies and utilizing recent experience within Agile projects
  • Owning project solutions, outcomes and delivery of business and customer initiatives while working closely with varied project teams
  • Ensuring effective solutions are proposed, implemented and delivered to the agreed scope, budget and schedule
  • Forming and maintaining excellent working relationships/partnerships with key customer stakeholders, maintaining their confidence and influencing project decisions where necessary

You will have experience in:

  • Providing leadership in the implementation of large and complex systems and programmes of work
  • Ensuring digital transformation solutions are delivered to budget, schedule and agreed scope utilizing Agile methodologies
  • Working with project and programme management to define and maintain project schedules and project plans
  • Being an independent strategic thinker who can see 'the big picture' and unite new and disparate ideas with practical plans
  • Maintaining relationships and building partnerships with CXO level stakeholders
  • Showcasing high levels of verbal, written and presentation skills; with the ability to work well with customer decision makers

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following technology areas:

  • DDD, BDD, TDD, SOLID design (or willingness to learn)
  • Extensive C# development experience
  • Tools such as Visual Studio, VS Code, Postman, Source Tree Fiddler and GIT/GitHub source control
  • .NET - MVC/API/Core/WCF/RPC, SPA
  • Experience with services Swagger/RESTML/WSDL
  • Backend Middleware / orchestration / business logic focus
  • SOAP, REST - XML, JSON
  • Relational data modelling and PowerShell
