Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Agile Coach to contribute to our successful agile transformation and continuous improvement at an organisational level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement practices that support teams through the stages of adopting, learning and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Provide individual and group coaching to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Support and provide feedback to teams on their operating rhythm activities.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement by leveraging learnings and processes established within existing teams.
  • Embed an inspect-and-adapt culture by helping establish metrics across the team.

Key skills include a deep understanding of agile practices, principles and thinking, experience in coaching operational teams, ability to solve complex problems autonomously, and exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
