Strategic Account Leader

A rapidly expanding transportation provider seeks a seasoned account manager to oversee one of their largest key healthcare accounts.

The Role:

  • Manage a key healthcare clientele nationally across 8 sites.
  • Build business relationships at all levels of customer and stakeholders.
  • Cross-collaborate with internal teams for improved service delivery and operational transparency.
  • Analyze customer usage to optimize delivery, provide strategic improvement advice, and identify opportunities for enhanced customer value.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure effective data management and reporting.
  • Stay informed on industry news and propose strategic improvements to keep offerings ahead of the curve.

Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years account management experience in the transport industry.
  • Experience handling complex, multi-site clients nationally.
  • Thorough understanding of transportation processes (operational and commercial).
  • Experience in continuous improvement and innovation initiatives across major accounts.
  • Detail-oriented and a multi-tasker.
