
Mental Health Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Psychologist to join our growing mental health services team. In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in shaping the future of mental health support throughout Australia.
This is a patient-facing clinical position where you'll work directly with Bupa customers and other individuals who require access to our services.
Your expertise will be crucial in driving meaningful change and innovation in mental health journeys across the country.
- You'll conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide evidence-based therapies.
- You'll develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and individual needs.
- You'll maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans.
- You'll build and sustain collaborative relationships with healthcare providers to strengthen referral networks and support practice growth.
- You'll coordinate with external providers to fulfill service requests within established procedural frameworks.
Our locations include:
- Expansion in NSW.
- Expansion in Victoria.
- Queensland - Brisbane, Gold Coast and Far North QLD.
- Western Australia.
- South Australia.
- ACT.
- Northern Territory.
- Tasmania.
Key locations for expansion are Wynyard, Sydney; Neutral Bay, Sydney; South Yarra, Melbourne; Seaforth, Sydney; Kew, Melbourne (September 2025); Newstead, Brisbane (October 2025); and Toorak, Melbourne (October 2025).
In this role, you'll contribute towards our goal of establishing 60 Mindplace clinics nationally, ensuring accessible mental health support across Australia.
