Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Digital Project Lead to drive the successful delivery of complex digital projects. As a key team member, you'll be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, and budgets while fostering a collaborative environment for your teams and stakeholders.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and execute delivery, establish effective governance, and ensure alignment to user needs and client objectives. You'll build strong relationships with clients, helping them navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects across various clients
  • Effectively manage priorities and competing deadlines, including handling multiple smaller projects or individual large projects
  • Cultivate user empathy and evidence-based decision making throughout every stage of delivery
  • Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies
  • Keep teams aligned, engaged, and unblocked through planning, standups, retrospectives, and check-ins
  • Support clients in prioritizing work, responding to change, and making data-driven decisions
  • Provide clear and timely reporting across teams and stakeholders
  • Contribute to strategy, platform recommendations, and digital best practices
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of agile and program management methodologies, such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, PRINCE2, or MSP
  • Strong understanding of digital production processes (web, apps, content, etc.)
  • Deep experience working in the public sector or with government suppliers
  • Confidence working with multidisciplinary teams across design, research, and development
  • Able to take responsibility for building and leading high-performing teams
  • Clear, calm communication skills and strong emotional intelligence
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Office365 apps, and Miro
