About People and Business Services
People and Business Services is responsible for providing business enabling corporate services functions that drive a high-performance culture and support integrated operations.
The role involves investigating and resolving simple end-to-end payroll resolutions for employees. This includes partnering with stakeholders to provide payroll support as a result of legislative and/or policy changes and general advice for payroll related processes and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- PAYROLL RESOLUTIONS: The officer delivers support in the investigation and resolution of Payroll enquiries focusing on accuracy, quality, and delivery ensuring a positive and professional experience for employees.
- PAYROLL DATA MANAGEMENT: A range of records are accurately maintained using our human resource information systems and other manual and computerised systems and databases.
- STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT: The officer responds to customer enquiries in a timely manner preparing clear and concise correspondence on payroll issues with advice and recommendations for resolution.
- DATA INTEGRITY CONTROLS: The officer ensures data integrity in the collection and entering of data into payroll systems maintaining accuracy to enable reporting as required.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- Prior experience working with HR platforms is desirable.
